My coaching sessions will be delivered online via video call in English or German. We will set up and organize the weekly/bi-weekly sessions to fit them into your time schedule so that you can fully focus on progress.

After each call, I'll send you a summary about what we’ve spoken about which also includes homework and/or additional activities that will help you reflect and work towards the goals you've identified. And for questions that might arise in-between our sessions, you’ll have full access to me via email or Slack.

Who do you work with?I mostly work with women between their mid 20s and early 40s. But don't worry about these hard facts too much. If you're within another age or gender group and my coaching offers sound appealing to you, you are absolutely welcome to join the family.

What is a Millennial?Millennials are also known as Generation Y and it basically refers to anyone born between approximately 1980 and 1996. They are the first generation in history that have grown up totally immersed in a world of digital technology, which has shaped their identities and created lasting political, social and cultural attitudes. With change happening so rapidly today, a lot of the rules that older generations live by simply don't work for Millennials anymore. They typically value choices, freedom, adventures, and a healthy lifestyle, while finding purpose in life and striving to have a lasting impact by promoting diversity and equality. This makes self-improvement and personal development a big part of their everyday life.

What are the payment options?There are three payment options available but it depends on the package you select. These payment options include: (1) One-time payment as pre-payment. (2) One-time deposit and final payment. (3) Monthly pre-defined fixed installments. Please note that for any single session, the only payment option is a one-time payment as pre-payment. As for payment method, you can chose between PayPal or bank transfer.

What is the cancellation policy?Your purchase of one of my paid coaching offers indicates a 100% commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. Only under certain conditions can you request a refund, re-schedule or complete cancellation. These will be considered on an individual basis. For the free "meet & greet" introductory call, these conditions do not apply. This means that the cancellation policy only comes into effect if a mutual agreement has been reached by both parties, the coach and coachee.

It includes finding purpose, meaning and connection in life, such as discovering your creative skills, exploring your deepest beliefs, nurturing your dreams, and building a life based on your core values. It does not have to be tied to any specific religious beliefs.

What is women's health?Women's health refers to the specific physical, emotional and social wellbeing needs of females throughout their lives. It encompasses a wide range of issues unique to women, such as hormonal changes and sociological conditions that affect them differently from men.
